Where there is a high degree of diversity
Where there is an urgent need to make speedy decisions
Where all stakeholders are needed for good decisions to be made
Where you have no preconceived notion of what the outcomes should be

Builds energy, commitment and shared leadership
Participants accept responsibility for what does or doesn't happen
Action plans and recommendations emerge from discussions as appropriate
You create a record of the entire proceedings as you go along

ORGANIZATIONAL WORKSHOP (NEW 2011) Certified Facilitator

Based on the work of Barry Oshry (Seeing Systems) The purpose of the Organizational Workshop (OW) is to deepen your understanding f the crucial role partnership plays in organizational success - to see more clearly the day-to-day dynamics that regularly knock us out of partnership, and to develop concrete strategies for creating and maintaining satisfying and productive partnerships up, down, and across organizational lines...including with the customer.

What to expect: The OW is both a seminar about organizational parnership and an opportunity for you to examine the isses you face in creating and sustaining productive partnership in your own life.  It is about the dilemmas and choices confronting you and others throughout the organization, and it is about the strategies available to us regarding the creation of partnership within the organization.

The Coaching Clinic CC: a leadership development program designed to train leaders to use coaching techniques and gain a coach approach to managing people.  This workshop is for professionals - from executives, managers and team leaders to newly appointed supervisors who wish to have a fully developed coaching model and platform for skill development.  Click here to learn more.

Cost: $575 per person, plus GST for 1 Day (includes coaching conversation model, two coaching skills and materials)

Cost: $895 per person, plus GST for 2 days (includes coaching conversation model, four coaching skills, an assessment and a participant guide). 

These training classes allow for 12 participants per class to maximize learning.

The Coaching Conversation Workshop: a program built around one of the core concepts from The Coaching Clinic: the Coaching Conversation communication model.  This five-step model helps structure coaching and performance-related conversations for more effective communication leading to better outcomes.  This workshop serves as an introduction to corporate coaching and the construct necessary for consistent results.  As such, this workshop is intended for managers, supervisors, mentors, leaders and consultants without prior formal coach training.   Click here to learn more
